January 27th

I love this butchers in Middleburg and once spent over $100 on cheese! Their meat is all supplied by the farm that owns it and they have wonderful pate. They also impressed me by being the only shop I've ever seen in the U.S. that sold my favorite cookbook, A Cook on the Wild Side by Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall.
